Elizabeth was very kind and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable with the truck and ready to take off… She even helped me adjust my seat forward and closer to the steering wheel and adjust the wheel so I could see better. She helped me adjust the mirrors and gave me tips on driving a big 26 footer. She was great! It would be nice if the washer fluid were filled, as my windshield became dirty and I couldn’t wash it. (Unless I just didn’t see how to operate it, which us possible.)
Melinda PWe tried the self dispatch on the U-Haul app. It was not successful. The owner of men from Mars was kind enough to meet us at the location and finish the rental.
