No one was there during business hours. The parking lot was non existent. They charged for additional fuel when the gauge was where it was supposed to be.
EVAN BNo one was available to fulfill my online reservation made that morning for 12:30. Had to drive the rental to a second location to acquire the dolly I had requested. My reservation was for a period of 6 hours, the rental process took more than an hour. It pushed back the schedule for the whole move and ruined our evening plans.
Tami STim and his wife were very friendly and helpful with the check in and check out process! I originally made reservations online and could not process my reservation with the uhaul app. I was able to pick up my rental 30 minutes prior to closing and Tim helped me with this reservation and went through all of the steps making sure that I could drive this truck safely! I appreciated that because this was my first truck rental! It was a great experience with an efficient cost! Would highly recommend this agency for uhaul rentals located in Rhinelander, WI.
