I was charged an additional fee when i returned the u haul then I was contacted asking if i returned it the same day they couldn’t locate the vehicle.. I would like a refund for the extra charge
Amada MComplete maintenance on vehicles and actually hold reservations. This is likely a U Haul issue in general and not specifically this location but this must be emphasized. My reservation was cancelled twice, one the same day as pickup. I had a very tight schedule to move out of town to be ready for a new job and this was almost ruined by cancellations and a truck with a check engine light. There was no attempt made to provide a vehicle which was properly maintained. If that vehicle ran down or my reservation cancelled again I likely would not have been able to complete my move at all.
