We were given a confirmation that our truck would guaranteed be ready for us Saturday morning at 8:30. We went to pick it up and we were told the person who deals with the U-Haul‘s does not come in until 9 o’clock. Our confirmation used to the word guaranteed ready by 8:30 AM. It would have been nice if it was ready on the time that we were guaranteed and that it was warmed up and running.
