The dropoff was also unwieldy to put it lightly: all of the processes were backwards. You had me finish all this checkout process, then get a message to drop the key off, THEN tell me to start taking photos. I was already at the location before I had to turn back and re-take the photos--which were a little problematic uploading because the app flaked a couple times. At the dropoff location there also wasn't a dropoff box outside. Instead, I went inside, asked the location, and they had me go into a back office and give the keys to someone there. So it still wasn't unattended. 2. The person who helped me get my $35 refund after the automated system charged me for an extra six gallons of gas. They were awesome, AI or not.
