The location is very easy to find. Crystal was helpful with getting our issue resolved because there were problems when returning the U-Haul truck. Clear drop off directions will be very beneficial, there is a lot of traffic going in and out of the storage facility, and no where to park, but overall it was a good experience!

JULIA TThis was an after hours drop off. I cannot rate the personnel. In the past I was given a code to park the vehicle in the lot. Things maybe have changed and this time I was guided to park in outside the gate.
