This location decided to close on pick up day with no warning and we were forced to try to pick up the truck using the App. We could not get the App to work (would not send us a code) and we spent over an hour on the phone waiting to get through to an agent. The agent was fabulous but the rest of the process was terrible.

This is the horrible company, they changed $280 for wrong drop off location and after the reasonable question ‘why so much?’, I didn’t receive any answer.
