The equipment I ordered was not in the truck as it was supposed to be. Beats the entire idea behind making a reservation 30 days in advance and using the mobile app for pick-up. Truck was clean and ready to go. Which is what I expected. So no complaints there. Keys were inside and it was nicely parked to leave.

The dealer was good to work with. But I had originally reserved my vehicle for self pick up. This was very disappointing experience. The app crashed several times. I called customer service but was told they did not handle this location. I had to wait for the location to open up to get the vehicle. One hour wait is unacceptable. Will not recommend using self pick up to anyone.

Hire some expert in UX/UI and someone with experience as a front end developer (html/css/javascript) to fix the horrific step by step process of the car pickup and drop off and train your American based staff to know how such processes work. Shanta was one which got irritated quick because she didn't know the answer. You dont need to spam your website with content to confuse people. Provide simple instructions. Maybe C level executives can stop being money hungry and hire a decent web developer.

the truck gate was freezed. Truck was covered by snow. The customer service agent from call centre schedlued my pick up at 730pm instead of 730am.

Got charged an additional $15 for gas based on a gas meter in the vehicle that isn’t specific enough to even show a difference between 3/8 and 7/16. Representive was rude in insisting the gas was left at 3/8 rather than the expected 7/8. I didn’t agree about his interepretation of the gas reading but he left us no choice.

The customer service from this location was outstanding. The only complaint I have for the rental is the smell in the van from the previous renter.

Online and phone customer service was poor. I was never notified that my rental was not going to show at my preferred location. I had to contact them and ask where my rental was. Now I have to go out of my way to go to another further location to pick up my van. Uhaul delayed my move by an additional hour and didn't compasate me for the additional gas and Kim's that I had to pay for, Just the $50 late fee guarantee. I had to pay for the rest out of my pocket for there failed service. I better see the $50 credit you owe me in the next few days or I will be call back for answers.
