Very confusing while saying office hours in operation, but no one there. Key box location is confusing, no clear sign to indicate key return and is different than what's shown on app
Raymond LThey changed my pick up location due to availabilit issues with my original pick up location. They never mentioned that the new location is closed on Saturdays and I need to do a mobile pick up. I did request blankets for moving and the new location did not have any. The mobile pick up is not easy and with the extremely cold weather I had to get several pics of the rental truck and eveything. Overall very stressfull and not happy.
