Dirty truck
SAUNDRA LThe lady who was working Saturday/Sunday (I didn't catch her name) was so friendly and welcoming. She made a very hectic day so much better by her kindness. We had a moving company double-book us and not show up so we were left without a truck in 95 degree weather. We were able to book a last minute trailer to pick up in 20 minuets, which has the possibility to not go well, but everything went smoothly. She managed to make us laugh on an otherwise horrible day. We've rented several times before in Lexington but we'll make the drive down to Richmond just to have such a nice experience.
LUCY SThe truck was not swept which if returned that way would incure a $25 charge. The truck had bird poop all over the windshield. On the way we were worried about the truck breaking down as a couple of times it made some loud engine noises. The AC inside also didnt work, the truck wasnt hot but with it on full blast no air came out of the vent. Finally The advertised truck size is incorrect and for the price of a 15' u-haul they give you a 12' u--haul with a 3' moms attic. I would recommend staying away from u-haul and especially this location if you do accept the 12' u-haul.
