Employee Creg Lovett was very unpleasant, unfriendly and after receiving my receipt was dishonest. It took me an extended period of time to get approved the morning of my rental (online). I did not get the truck until 8:53AM. I was under the impression I had the truck for 8hrs. The employee who I checked the vehicle into never explained there was a problem. Matter fact, he was very unpleasant and unfriendly, lacking sufficient customer service skills. My administrative experience was very poor, however the equipment was excellent. I did email CEO Mr. Joe Shoen to express my displeasure with my experience. I cannot say I would recommend a friend to Uhaul after my experience with Creg Lovett. I was told gas is full and the text â€˜before leaving arrived late' and realized the gas wasn't full. I drove 76 miles and ended up filling gas for 15 gallons. The customer service person was the very unfriendly and dull person. Wouldn't want to deal with her again.Rajan C.

Everything was great as usual. The only issue I had was with the app upon return. Could it be my cell phone provider, my location at the time or the app it self I'm not sure. I wasn't able to proceed after the share my location prompt. If it was the actual app fixing this glitch would be helpful. I ended up leaving a message at the storage facility since it was after hours and I couldn't get through to a uhaul representative. The next morning I received a message from the storage facility rep whom finalized the return. Thank you move it and thank you uhaul.DANIEL F.

We had to wait about an hour for the person working there to figure out how to check in the truck we reserved. She told us to top off the tank when we brought it back but we only drove 8 miles and to top off the truck took 3.5 gallons. When we told the associate that the last person didn't top off the gas tank and we put 3.5 gallons in we didn't get any kind of credit for the extra gas we put in (as instructed).
