Caught them at closing time on a Sunday. The manager stayed and got me out of there. I really appreciated them. I have rented from them 3 times now and they are always great to work with.

It was not the location's fault- the National account changed by reservation the day I was to pick up to a location 20 minutes further away from me, charged me over $6 more in gas due to overage which would not have happened if location wasnt changed and further. Got total runaround on the phone the night I was to pick up, and was told someone would be calling me about the $50 gte credit. At a minimum I should be credited the $50 and the additional $6 plus for mileage as it was not my fault. Terrible experience.
