Actually look at your reservations and make sure you actually have the equipment being rented PRIOR to the customer getting to the store. Actually make an effort to FIND the EQUIPMENT for the customer instead of making the customer do the work at the last minute, wasting the limited rental time we had. I spent over 2 hours tracking down and retrieving the dolly I needed and scheduled for rental the day PRIOR to my pickup allowing PLENTY of time for them to actually DO THEIR JOB. Especially since they are 3 of them there!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything. No one was there to help me, I didn’t receive the proper discount for a truck and trailer bundle and the guy on the phone didn’t know how to fix it, I had to hook the trailer up myself-and I even told the guy in the phone I had just had surgery and he was not at all sympathetic and then went into a rant about the manager and not getting paid enough. This was wildly unacceptable and uhaul has only offered a $50 refund, hasn’t fixed the discount and hasn’t offered any other refund to the absolutely abysmal service.
