The worst experience I've ever had. 10 minutes AFTER my pick up time, they called to me that I need to go to a different location. As I'm on the road driving to the first location I have to turn around and drive to a different location that was in the ghetto. I felt extremely extremely uncomfortable as I picked up the U-Haul from some market place down in the city. The guy on the phone told me I would get $50 credit because of that but the guy at the market place had no idea what I was talking about And wouldn't honor it. I had to call a couple places and finally the lady gave me a customer service number which at that point she refunded me my $50. Worst ever. I was lucky I had somebody with me or I would've been afraid to get out of my car to pick up the U-Haul., As there were five or six guys hanging out in front of the store and inside the store yelling at the clerk behind the plexiglass, I might add.Emma J.

The biggest problem is if I had $100 deposit held on my car then when I pick up the rental yesterday they charged me $85 on my card again so it seems like $185 charge and I did the rental for 24 hours but returned it the same day with more gas in the vehicle but I only get a $55 credit are you kidding me somebody give me a call to see what the heck is going on 434-531-6725MARIA V.

no employees were wearing a mask. employee looked over truck quickly and said we could leave everything was good and I would receive an email notification. We returned the truck at 10:30 and i had to call back at 2:45pm to have them send me an email because they had not sent one and i did not want to be charged for bringing it late when we dropped off that morning.Amanda S.
They overcharged me at first with nonsense i had to call a representative and wait an hour for her to fix their mess!!! It should be 55 plus 22.89 for mileage only and i was charged 120 I had a terrible time picking up the truck which is why the representative had to revise the entire contract and i waited over an hour just to then turn the truck in what I presumed was 45mins early i arrived at the gas station at 3:48 put gas in the truck actually extra gas in the truck and waited in line to turn things over he wrote the mileage down and said i could leave I then get billed for an extra day He took his sweet time to input information into the system I'm sure and if i was 13minutes late according to the paper is that really necessary to charge me an entire full day Definitely disappointedAshley H.
