I had questions regarding the mileage as I had a feeling I might go over by about 10 or so miles that there is a certain amount Grace with mileage so not to worry about it. It looks like I was charged a dollar per mile clearly she didn’t know the information that I had asked her.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAn employee, Pam, found my credit card in the parking lot. I have my phone not to ring through if I don't know the number because of all of the spam calls I get. Pam called me 15 times before getting through to ensure that I knew that she had found my credit card. Pam is awesome. You are in good hands with Pam looking out for you. Thanks Pam!!!!!!!!!!
Robert SI was in the process of moving and it has been so overwhelming for me! Having to go to U-Haul to get transportation for my move was great. The employees were outstanding if I had it my way, they all would get a big r bonus raise 😊Thank you U-Haul❤️!
Johnna BWas initially registered to pickup at one location, but apparently this site did not have the truck size I had ordered so it automatically re-registered my order to give me the correct size truck but at the smaller site down the road. Which is great but no one called or emailed to let me know so I went to the larger location i had registered for before I was told my truck was at the smaller site about 60 seconds down the street. Not a big deal, but did add a little extra confusion to am already stressful day.
DANIELLE HThe app sucked. I had to move the van to be able to fit it in phot graphs. The whole point is i am suppose to take the photos before moving it
