Lynne MLocation services did not work in the UHAUL app on my phone and I had to call twice from the rental address to get someone to help me actually pick up my vehicle -- once to try again to get location services working, once when they still didn't work. I was then informed that THERE ARE KNOWN ISSUES WITH THE APP AND LOCATION SERVICES ON ANDROID PHONES. After those two calls, I discovered after my check-in was complete that the windshield was cracked. I called to report it. The person who took my (now third) call exasperatedly told me she would "send it AGAIN" and did nothing but email me a copy of the policies for roadside assistance. The person who answered my FOURTH call listened to me and put a note in my account that the crack in the window already existed so I would not be charged for it. After spending half an hour fighting with your app and eventually being told that it was a KNOWN ISSUE WITH ANDROID PHONES, every single one of the people I spoke to helpfully suggested that next time perhaps I could try the easy-to-use app. I understand that this is part of their script but, all things considered, you really ought to consider amending that. So five stars for the location, 5 stars for vehicle cleanliness, sure I would recommend that location, but the app has serious issues and one out of four of your phone staff are chair-fillers.
