This location was a little confusing to be sure I was in the right location to drop off the truck. Not enough signing, and the employee there told me they did not usually accept 15 foot truck rental returns, which is what I had. The employee let me park it on the side of the building to return it.

ALEXANDERGARDEN R.Extend the office hours to provide customer support if needed. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm is not adequate. When I arrived at 9:00 am to pick up and at 5:00 pm to drop off, the office was closed and I had questions. I was able to figure it all out but would have saved me about 30 minutes each time to have a representative there to ask, especially in the morning.

CHELSEY W.The only thing that would keep me from recommending this location or using this truck again is the rental dolly and furniture blankets taking up space in the back and getting in the way. Had I moved them for easement, I would have broken the seals and been charged for something I did not need. Bad idea. I prefer U-Haul trucks, but this sales move will keep me away from trucks so adorned.

Check out process and the person working there was no help at all no one answered the help line or the chat on the app the back of the truck was infested with bugs 🐜 when we got it we spent about 30 mins killing bugs and sweeping them out when we took the truck back the app was a little better but finding out were to drop the keys was a trick all and all uhaul should not have that place dealing with the truck s

joseph M.I will never do online pickup after store hours. I prefilled out approval days before pickup, and even went to the site the day before to talk to them. I had no idea Uhaul had to call 2 people at 8am on a Sunday morning so I could pick up. This could have been done days prior. Very frustrated and doubtful I'll ever use Uhaul again.

Sharron M.This review has nothing to do with this location. The issue is that there was no person at UHaul (online or in person) who could tell us what the charges were and what the total would be. This began with the person who did the initial contract that was done at the main location where the truck was reserved for pick-up the next day. We are totally unhappy and feel that UHaul needs to fix their customer service. No idea that the charges would be so high!

Emmanuel W.Nothing! The gentleman behind the counter was most helpful about loading and securing our queen bed and mattress with box springs. It had to travel across town riding at 70 mph for about 30 minutes. As an older, single woman with 2 teenaged boys assisting me, I really appreciated all of his extra time and guidance in the proper use of the truck. Plus, I had recommended you all to my friend, a local math professor, who the bed belonged to. THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Elizabeth H.the attendant made an obvious error in taking down the mileage on the truck. I rent a truck at least once a week from the other location and NEVER went over 70 miles in one day. This attendant said i went 213 miles!!! not possible. she was rude when bringing this to her attention and still have not revived a credit!

He was accommodating and did whatever he could to make sure that I had the best customer service experience ever...and he succeeded! Pam and Bill work at this location and they are both great! Renting a truck from there is easy and painless. They also have affordable and safe storage units at this location. I would highly recommend renting a Uhaul at Staples Mill Storage. You won't be disappointed!
