Did not get notified that there was a change in pick up location. Had to add on additional drive time and set our moving day back. Did not appreciate the lack of communication.
Katelyn GYou can load yourself and do everything on the phone but there is someone who can assist loading if you so need! Its a mechanic's venue.
Carol SThe lock box was hard to open because it was upside down, Parking was hard because the cars being repair. Also we did have the moving blanket in truck. I had to got the U Haul moving and store on elm rd.in Mechanicsville to get the moving blankets.
