The system was down when I rented. This was no fault of the pickup location as there apparently were storms the previous night that knocked out the system. Because of this I didn't receive a contract and therefore didn't realize that I could only drive a certain amount of miles without being charged extra. After I returned the truck to the Pocasset location, I was charged an additional $65.03 for mileage. This was a surprise to me and I don't feel that I should have to pay the additional fee since I never saw a written contract. Also, I returned the truck two days early.
