Because this was also a garage, there was one person doing work on cars and taking care of U-Haul business. He navigated it well, but it would help him if there was one person dedicated to U-Haul customers when they showed up so that this one guy didn’t have to go back-and-forth between his work on a car and dealing with customers. Everything was smooth; it just took a little longer. Very minor thing, in my opinion, but if there is one thing, it would be just get him a little more help to manage both parts.

Shawnika JMake sure the location is appropriately staffed. The U-Haul portion of this business seems to be secondary to the auto repair business.
RANDALL WReservation should have been for 2 days i was called to return truck saying someone was waiting to pick it up ….. but that wasn’t true after rushing to return then talking to location staff (there was several available ). Sunday was the day I actually needed it the most …..ended up being charged for 2days but only had truck for 3 hour late ….i Could’ve been still actually using for the time I was charged . Back of the truck was not cleaned once opening the back there was leaves/ mud and dirt still there from previous renters. I have pictures ! was trying to charge me for cleaning it … wasn’t my mess but was going to clean it if I wasn’t rushed back for no reason at all - I wanted to extend but was told I could not
