Great service. Easy process

MILTON JThe cab and box were both empty but dirty when I picked it up. The brakes were dragging and making significant enough noise to make pedestrians turn and look. There was a burning smell inside the cab while driving. The passenger rear outer tire was obviously low on air pressure. The steering wheel is out of alignment with "straight ahead" and there's a lot of play causing the truck to drift left and right.
Michael AOverall it was a good experience, although the operator of the office wasn't present either when I picked up the truck or when I returned the truck.
