Location was easy to find and parking lot had ample space. Would have preferred more information as to where to leave the vehicle. Lights in the parking area made photos easy to obtain. I did not interact with any personnel since I dropped off after hours
Isabel BUnderstand the pricing as it dose seem a little high but can be average The person that fuse the U-Haul at this location is very friendly and easy to work with
Karen CIt sucked waiting to have my credit charge straightened out rented trailer for one day got charged for two. Brought trailer back at 3:30 and gate was open returned trailer but no one was there to check it in and next day noticed I was charged for two days still waiting to have problem resolved.
Richard IWhile the location was farther away that I would have liked...Fran was great, very accommodating and helpful (unlike the folks at Perrones...i would never use them again).
