While the location was farther away that I would have liked...Fran was great, very accommodating and helpful (unlike the folks at Perrones...i would never use them again).

maybe have the person walk out to the truck and check the gas gage and mileage , instead of using her phone well out on the road, and when people put gas in the truck after bringing back not to charged again, and would be nice to get a receipt also, and when told a time that the person should be there.
Mary SDrop off location was a joke, No one was even there so I could drop off the trailer .Called Coporate explained no one was there to check in my returned trailer ,Then I was charged for insurance That I declined. Still waiting for a Refund
