I booked the U-Haul fairly far in advance, about a week or so. I specifically requested an appliance dolly to move the refrigerator and a gun safe and a few other things. The dolly was not included with my order and there was no way for me to get an alternative. I now get to figure out a way to transport that separately. I do not appreciate the inconvenience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrailer rear door was extremely hard to close so I adjusted the latching device so that it closed properly. The trailer pulled true and straight so great job.
