This was the best Uhaul experience I've ever had. I've been using Uhaul for over 30 years for my moves. This truck was in pristine condition, worked very well and was easy to maneuver. The customer service rep was also amazing. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. 7/5 stars. Highly recommend.

ADAM SConsider installing locking gas caps on your trucks. Also armor the hoses if thieves may cut them for the gas when a cap is locked. A thief stole 10+ gallons during my rental. The theft was not U-Haul's fault or the rental locations fault. But, we also lock the truck doors and padlock the cargo door for the same reason that the gas tank should be locked: to make theft more difficult than it is worth a thief's time and effort to steal stuff.
