well i never got my deposit back like they said when i was leaving the store when i returned it. in fact they said they wouldnt charge us for the one day that i was locked in my storage do to a power outage i couldnt do anything about it the systems were down so i couldnt leave at that moment. when i left there i needed to add more money to my account so they said they gave me the total that they were going to charge me so i made sure that i had enough money in my acct for them but some how i was over drawn $69 in my acct for some reason. i know i asked them many times how much was it that i was going to be charged they gave me the amount but that wasnt what i got charged for. so im a little bit upset with the fact that they didnt charge me on what they said i was going to be charged for in the first place it was alot more with out me knowing anything about it. not only that there was food on the passanger side on the dash. i know that i detailed the inisde of the uhaul very well made it actually shine polishing it really. not to say that there where a lot of scratches on the outside of the truck & in the back inside so i really hope that i wasnt getting charged for any of that at all becuse there x stickers were not on a lot of the marks.

But I dealt with 2 other employees and they were incredibly efficient, smart, adept and, weirdly, cool, calm and collected at their job. Important: Here's my main beef; whatever transaction management software / system you are using it is complete shit. And youre employees deal with it in 'high fashion'. Just patience, attentiveness. to custerms. GREAT, GREAT STUFF. but the proecess is slow, the rental process is slow
