How U-Haul Reviews WorkLong wait to pick up. Movers I hired never showed up. Support was vague and unhelpful. On return Manger helping other people very slowly even though she had a long line. Wanted to charge for late return even though it was their fault rental ran long.
Sylvia cThe truck cab was not clean. Full of dog hair and dirt on the floor board.
julie yOnly open to 5 p.m. on Saturday and closed on Sunday. I was barely able to a one-way covered trailer @ 4:50 p.m. on Sat. and could not wait until Monday so it worked out fine.
Ralph KVery helpful. We were in and out. And if took notes about the crack in the windshield. Quick and easy.
