Truck has almost 100k - def time for upgrade. The uhaul and this place has wrong info in terms of insurance and rates. Took some time Bc of the confusion. The place is fine it’s the customer service of uhaul that’s the issue.

The location was closed at the time I picked up although I ded receive a confirmation email that I can pick up at that time. I had to call Uhaul's 1-800 number 3 times to know what I had to do to check out and return the vehicle. I would have expected that to be in the email confirmation.

Actually explain why some charges were made, such as 'coverage'. What is that? and why was I charged for that? you would think if you've driven 20 miles, that total would be around $40~50. Nope, more like add another $15 to it for no reason.

When a U-Haul representative calls to confirm all the details of the contract; you should be able to follow through. When I got to my pick up location there was no dollie and there was a 10 foot truck instead of the 9 foot which I had requested 2 weeks in advance. I also told the representative that I would be paying in cash. When I arrived at the location I was told that I couldn't pay cash. I also had to drive to another location to pick up the dollie and was told that I would be give additional mileage for the inconvenience. When I went to drop off the truck they tried to charge me for the extra mileage. Two phone calls had to be made before everything was straightened out. The experience wasn't pleasurable at all. My displeasure wasn't with the pick-up or drop off location; it was with customer service and their lack of communication and follow up to make sure things were in place at the pick-up and drop off locations.

This particular location was great and the guys were very helpful, but the day before I was on the phone with about 6 different uhaul representatives, each one less helpful than the last. One of them even hung up on me because I asked for their name in case we got disconnected...extremely frustrating and unbelievably unprofessional.
