After problem with picking up the keys in another location, I was redirected to this location. It took me a while to find the truck. I found the truck in a behind a lot behind a building across the street from stated location which I am made aware of when the reservation was changed.

Difficult to actually find the rental as it was across the street from the actual posted address. The attendant also seemed to have no idea what do with the information I provided. Keys weren't even in the lock box and the gentleman didn't even realize they were in his desk until I called the customer support line.
James MVery long rental process because it’s a towing company, not a u-haul center. They don’t have dollies or anything like that. I had to drive to another u-haul to borrow their dolly. Also no parking allowed during your rental.. just really inconvenient
