When I picked up the van, the gas tank was about 1/4. The tire pressure gauge said air was required. The change oil light was on. So it wasn't being very well maintained. It was clean when I picked it up and it was a fairly easy process, thus the positive rating.

Better explain of location, was charged an unnecessary cleaning charge when we picked it up it was dirty! And was not told to refuel but was charged for fuel!
