This location is like Am I in the right spot?! It was just 2 UHauls parked outdoors, and I was returning mine after hours, so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. I pulled into the driveway and sat there for ages, and no employees surfaced. Then a guy pulled in behind me to park his car, as this is a regular garage, so I pulled forward a bit to get out of his way and drive into the parking lot. Then a guy appeared and told me the UHaul was too tall to pull into the garage. Above my vehicle on the opening to the garage you could see other people had hit it before, so I guess that happens a lot. Perhaps they need more employees communicating this, or signs? I feel like clear instructions in the app about where to leave the UHaul, OR an employee there at the entrance ready to help would be good just to maintain both their UHaul inventory and the place of business. The guy that worked there was lovely though, and helpful.
