JUAN ACustomer service is ignoring me. Uhaul please email me back for the overcharge. Have used this location twice out of necessity, it's almost as if uhaul is on some sort of vendetta against people. It seems like they go out of their way to do a bad job. I'm impressed with how unprepared they are. It's like they took my reservation and decided to do the opposite, then overcharge for it. It has to be easier just to do it correctly, no?

T WWhen I picked up the van, the gas tank was about 1/4. The tire pressure gauge said air was required. The change oil light was on. So it wasn't being very well maintained. It was clean when I picked it up and it was a fairly easy process, thus the positive rating.
