Car was dirty on the cabin floor and had food crumbs in the cup holders and around. When i got there to pick up the car was nobody around to give me the key. Just a paper on the window that the guy responsible with this is gonna be back 10 min . After waiting around 20 min the lights in his little shed went on and he came out. So he was inside the whole time just sleeping or something worse in the dark. Bleah! Never again gonna come back to this place. When i came back de drop the car off , there was another guy there. I wanted hand him the Keyes after i parked and he told me that i have to drop them in some box. I also let him know that the car was dirty inside when i picked it up and needs to be cleaned. Also inside the truck was a hand truck that I didn’t asked for or used . I let him know about this too. He didn’t even bother to answer or care. Looks like he also just woke up from his beauty nap.

The loading gate of the truck was broken and nearly causes serious injury. Roadside Assistance came and weren't able to fix the car but tied it up with a piece of wire. I was delayed almost 2 hours and the truck shouldn't had been in use at all.
Anya JThis was the third rental place we had to go to a that finally worked out. The first place was overbooked and the second place was not even open! We were directed to go to the second place over the phone by customer service and they couldn’t even check if it was an open and operational U-Haul location. This was a major inconvenience!!
