The final pick up location was a good experience good. However the location before that was confirmed but was a.nightmare since there was no one-way truck available when I got there. And that was already after my original confirmed reservation did not work out even I received confirmation too. Even trying to get help over the phone with a rescheduling manager was a nightmare and took forever while I was stranded at an unpleasant and unsafe location. I lost time and money. Unacceptably! U-haul didn’t take complete responsibility for the repeater situations which were entirely their part.
pascale bI had came previously in the week for a reservation I had made for a van. When I got there it was being given away to someone else was told there was nothing they could offer or do for me. I also did not receive my $50 back guarantee. When I came again for my reservation later in the week there was also not a van available but was given a truck thankfully.
