Steven HMy reservation was placed under the driver's name, never received the code to open the lock, the reserved van was not available. After spending an hour on phone with customer service she sends to another location 20 minutes away and gave us a truck. I was charged an extranomical fee in which I will dispute after the headache and run around we were given. Will never use uhaul again.
James RThis location is fine. But uhaul reservations need to stop overbooking. The problem is with the system in place. We got sent to three different locations when I made a reservation last week. Stop overbooking.
