The location was extremely cryptic and not forthcoming with deceptive marketing and charging practices. Upon receiving my bill I complained to the in person representative who simply gave me a customer support number and had no interest in the fact that my quote and my statement had 0 similarity whatsoever. Horrible service and now I’ve spent hours dealing with hold times and customer reps. I genuinely have only ever had great experiences with U-Haul in the past and now will likely never use the service again.

The apps was extremely quirky and did not allow me to return the truck. Despite the fact that I returned it the same day, I was overcharged for an extra day of rental plus an extra day of insurance.
Bosco LI am hesitant to put any higher of rating for THIS location as the tenant was not on location per specified time AND the owner of this facility ignored calls, had his phone shut off and there were four other customers waiting for assistance which only came after an hour plus past the opening time. One person had remarked that the owner does this regularly (Denis the owner of this location) keeping his phone off and ignoring calls. I have been here one other time and the gentleman named, Andre is amazing and Andre even came in on his day off to help out the waiting customers on Feb. 6th 2026. Perhaps Andre should be the operating manager.

MICHAEL RThis location is like Am I in the right spot?! It was just 2 UHauls parked outdoors, and I was returning mine after hours, so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. I pulled into the driveway and sat there for ages, and no employees surfaced. Then a guy pulled in behind me to park his car, as this is a regular garage, so I pulled forward a bit to get out of his way and drive into the parking lot. Then a guy appeared and told me the UHaul was too tall to pull into the garage. Above my vehicle on the opening to the garage you could see other people had hit it before, so I guess that happens a lot. Perhaps they need more employees communicating this, or signs? I feel like clear instructions in the app about where to leave the UHaul, OR an employee there at the entrance ready to help would be good just to maintain both their UHaul inventory and the place of business. The guy that worked there was lovely though, and helpful.
