Make sure you have the proper equipment available. I reserved a cargo van but had to take a box truck because they booked a van for me but did not have one in inventory. The box truck created a huge problem because I had to take a truck route throughout my entire trip which used more gas, more tolls, and of course more traffic which added time to my trip which benefits U-Haul and not me. It was a huge inconvenience and the reservation could not be cancelled so I was stuck using a truck that I did not need. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Waldemar WCar was dirty on the cabin floor and had food crumbs in the cup holders and around. When i got there to pick up the car was nobody around to give me the key. Just a paper on the window that the guy responsible with this is gonna be back 10 min . After waiting around 20 min the lights in his little shed went on and he came out. So he was inside the whole time just sleeping or something worse in the dark. Bleah! Never again gonna come back to this place. When i came back de drop the car off , there was another guy there. I wanted hand him the Keyes after i parked and he told me that i have to drop them in some box. I also let him know that the car was dirty inside when i picked it up and needs to be cleaned. Also inside the truck was a hand truck that I didn’t asked for or used . I let him know about this too. He didn’t even bother to answer or care. Looks like he also just woke up from his beauty nap.
VALENTIN NThe loading gate of the truck was broken and nearly causes serious injury. Roadside Assistance came and weren't able to fix the car but tied it up with a piece of wire. I was delayed almost 2 hours and the truck shouldn't had been in use at all.
