The man that was completing the pick up was extremely rude, cursing and being vile through every step of the process. He had a horrible attitude and cursed at me multiple times. The truck was stuck in the mud and he cursed at me and gave me an attitude because he had to remove it from the mud. It was a horrible experience from start to finish.

Crystal PSketchy auto shop in the middle of NOWHERE. There is NO cellphone service in the area, so it was impossible to do self-check out. He must at a minimum have a wife and leave the password by the lockbox so people can actually get the trucks. A total disaster and U-Haul customer service just gets worse over time.
Bruno RLocation is easy to get to. Road going in was a little rough. Cell service was spotty, OR the app was just VERY slow. It took me approx half an hour to pick up my truck. That's why I only gave 3 stars...it was the automated pick up and drop off process that was not good. The location itself was fine.
