Sketchy auto shop in the middle of NOWHERE. There is NO cellphone service in the area, so it was impossible to do self-check out. He must at a minimum have a wife and leave the password by the lockbox so people can actually get the trucks. A total disaster and U-Haul customer service just gets worse over time.
Bruno RLocation is easy to get to. Road going in was a little rough. Cell service was spotty, OR the app was just VERY slow. It took me approx half an hour to pick up my truck. That's why I only gave 3 stars...it was the automated pick up and drop off process that was not good. The location itself was fine.
JoAnn TFirst we got sent to a new location. When we got there no one was there. Didn’t tell us we need a code number to get in. I sent all my info online to the other loacation. Had to wait a half hours trying to get the code for the truck.
