The pickup location was changed a day before to a much farther location, I had to drive additional 25 miles to pick up the truck and 25 additional miles back. Pick up service was poor.
Sergei TLocation was fine but changed on me from my location of choice. I scheduled to p/u at other closer location. This one opens at 9. Didn't get call day prior to discuss if I could get it at 8:30 or not.
Jason ETruck had over 130000 miles on it then was charged for 3 days instead of 2
ted gOwner was very Helpful and kind. He made the process for me very easy. I highly recommend this location for any U-Haul rentals ! The rates are good !
