The rates at the place to rent the truck stated 39,98. However I was charged a different rate of 49.99 and all anyone seems to tell me is that the rates have changed. That does not matter u should be charged the rate as advertised not whatever you want to charge me as this could make the decision as to if I want to go with U-Haul or another company. I should be compensated

Make sure someone is available to contact. We had issues when dropping off the vehicle with nobody to help out. I tried calling with no answer. I had to pay extra because of issues that happened & this was inconvenient when there was nobody to communicate with to assist.

steven hI called U Haul with a flat tire. from Wells,Nevada. I was roued to the service department. told them where I was. and about 30 minuets Service truck pulled up. In ten minuets the flat was changed out with a new tire and wheel. Sighed the work order and was on my way no. B.S. Job done quick and nice. Fredrick.
