Management was knowledgeable and helpful but the people doing the paperwork and fieldwork were inexperienced. I wound up getting charged an additional fee and the hitch jumped off the ball before I left the parking lot. However, everyone was trying really hard! And I was on the road when I got a communication from UHAUL asking me to confirm the license plate of the trailer I was given (it was the right one!).

Trailer did not have taillights, the brake lights and turn signals worked, it wasn't my truck because I hooked it up to another trailer and they were fine,but other then that the trailer was perfect
CHRISTOPHER JMake sure that the windshield washing solution is full and operating. A bigger sign on the grocery store for the U-Haul rental would be nice. We drove around the buildings for ten minutes trying to find it. The inside was not completely swept out and we had to remove some candy and wrappers.
