TODD BThe process to dropping the truck off was very difficult. Lock box was not visible and the representative did not know how to describe where it was .
CYNTHIA BPoorly explained check in and out protocol, and because of that poor explanation got charged $30 more dollars than planned. Also hated that it was in a smoke shop, and he prioritized his smoke shop customers over my interaction and left me to wait four times. Would not recommend.
Lindsey TI have been a customer for many years and is the first time that my experience with U-Haul is a total nightmare. The truck was full of glass on the passenger seat, which caused my daughter a cut, the tires were low on air and the inside and outside was extremely dirty and the smell was unpleasant.
