The GAS LINE WAS CUT! This was a terrible experience and has delayed my moving process because we had to wait a whole hour and half for this to be resolved to not only pay for gas for a truck that had no gas to begin with but when I called the 1-800 number the operator told me I was the 3rd person to call TODAY about this issue. This is unacceptable and it’s too late to do it now. Will not be renting again from here. They also did nothing to help and no apologies were made from them only from u-haul.

I reserved a 15’ truck and packing blankets. When I showed up, there was no blankets and only the smallest truck, which means I didn’t get a ramp. I picked it up with a 1/4 tank of gas, took it to the gas station, and when I tried to fill up the tank, gas POURED out of the bottom. I took the truck back, and the guy helping us said that this happens. People go under the truck and mess with a hose to access and steal the gas. Well, if that happens, why is it not checked BEFORE renting it out?! Then he had trouble getting us a new reservation for a different truck. He was very stressed and scatterbrained, and not well trained. He had to call U Haul for help. Overall terrible experience.
Leon MEquipment add ons were missing in the truck. Very inconvenient when moving and you need dollies.
Jessica CAt first, I thought there would be someone to receive the vehicle keys, but it was much simpler once they explained that I just needed to leave the keys in a box and the van at the designated location. Thank you very much, it was excellent service!
