This was not where we were supposed to have picked up the truck. Was not told this until going to the original place I had made the reservation with. So when getting to this place to pick up truck no one was there to pick truck up. Had to call and wait way too long for someone to arrive. I was on a schedule and mover was on his way to my house to load truck. UHaul computer system was down. Had to contact Uhaul traffic hub in Casper over the phone. Our pre check in of driver info was not shown but had already been completed days earlier. My daughter in law in Texas who was flying up to drive the truck to Texas from Wyoming had to be sent link to sign up again as driver. This took for ever adding to my stress that mover was at my house ready to load the truck. Had to take photos of truck and truck was wedged between 2 other trucks which made photos impossible. No support from owner of Uhaul business or concern for my stress that this was all unnecessary and should have been able to pick up truck at my original place reservation was made weeks before. AND to make matters even worse truck leaked on all of my items packed inside. NOT supposed to happen. This should be taken care of by UHaul as I have many things damaged. Very pissed through this whole process!!’

Customer service from this location was terrible. No one was available when I showed up for pickup. I had to call three times and finally got an employee. When I asked questions about the U-haul Dolley I was handed a brochure and told it was in the packet everything I needed to know (nothing about the dolley was in the packet). And i was never notified before the scheduled pick-up date to verify equipment was available. Also I was sent a link to my mobile device to send pictures of equipment to u-haul to verify equipments condition before it was in my possession, the link wouldn’t work, I told the employee and he sent the link again with the same result. I was the told just to take pictures with my phone and not to worry about the link, which was concerning considering those pictures were to cover me for incase of future problems. I told the employee I wasn’t comfortable doing this and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because of the link not working right (nothing my fault) and was basically shoved out the door like I was being a inconvenience. 0/10 would not recommend ever dealing with this location again and like not to deal with U haul again simply because I felt like I was going to have extra charges after drop off due to problems I had no control over. Also, my drop off location was changed last minute, almost causing me to be late to drop off. I went out of my way and cleaned the inside and outside of the truck and tow dolley spotless. And left more gas in it than what was in it when I picked the vehicle up. I wish I had been treated the same, considering the amount of money, and care I gave U-hauls equipment, not to mention I checked the fluid levels and made sure the equipment was in condition to make the trip ahead of me, simply because I didn’t trust the u-haul location I picked the U-Haul up at or it’s employees.
Cade eI needed a 2" ball for the trailer hitch and the owner of 307 Auto LLC Gerardo had one that I used and then returned the ball with the trailer.
ROBERT JI dropped off my equipment two days early and was told that it would be checked in that day. It was checked in 3 days later and I was charged for those 3 extra days. Terrible service, terrible experience, terrible location. Do not use this location for any reason.
