All tires were low it is at a motel 6 lot a 307 auto z smells like pot in the office I rang bell at front desk waited about 8 min rang it again and then a guy from his room where he lives said he will be down in a bit after a good 5 min or more he came down.looked hung over like I said place smelled like pot second time I’ve rented from this location. It is also my last at that location
Janene WI didn’t notice (on car transport) until I loaded the car that one of the straps was damaged and had to use my own strap to secure passenger side. Partly my fault for pre inspection, but also think that is a crucial safety component that UHAul should have inspected prior to renting it.
Ken OI scheduled my pickup time, and the man working was unavailable for almost 15 minutes. Not a huge hassle, however, it was inconvenient.
