Have them go to a different location . All tires were low it is at a motel 6 lot a 307 auto z smells like pot in the office I rang bell at front desk waited about 8 min rang it again and then a guy from his room where he lives said he will be down in a bit after a good 5 min or more he came down.looked hung over like I said place smelled like pot second time I’ve rented from this location. It is also my last at that location

I didn’t notice (on car transport) until I loaded the car that one of the straps was damaged and had to use my own strap to secure passenger side. Partly my fault for pre inspection, but also think that is a crucial safety component that UHAul should have inspected prior to renting it.
Ken OI scheduled my pickup time, and the man working was unavailable for almost 15 minutes. Not a huge hassle, however, it was inconvenient.
Courtney BIt's at a Motel 6 lobby, the staff person had to use his personal phone to complete my order because the tablet he was supposed to use was not working. He did fine, but he had to tend patrons too, so I had to wait. Vehicle was fine.
Bobby WFirst I was told that the place that has my reserved trailer will be open until 7pm. I mentioned to your person who took my reservation that I was going to have to drive over a 1000 miles and I wanted to make sure they would have the trailer and also be open. Just as I feared, once I arrived at the Uhaul location at 5:00pm after driving a 1000 miles, the place was closed!! Super frustrating to say the least. I called your reservation center and they sent me to another location close by. The system there was down causing me to have to wait almost an hour, when I didn’t have time to spare, as I had other places that were waiting for me for other things related to my trip. I was helped eventually so I was happy although it took a very long time, and I had to go through unnecessary grief. A nice discount should have been offered from your company for not holding up their end. Again, the reservation lady said the trailer is there waiting for me and that they close at 7pm. I was there at 5pm and it was closed!
