Honestly, I've never had a bad experience here until now. I always do a pre-trip and the owner insisted the trailer had just been serviced after I noticed abnormal tire wear. And the tire wear turned into a flat and another destroyed tire, causing me thousands in lost income because I sat on the side of the road for 4.5 hours, missing my event that morning. I am still pissed!!! Mostly because it took an hour and a half to even dispatch someone, and she gave them the wrong info so that took even more time, another half hour of driving, when I explained the direction the service truck should take. She seemed more occupied with whatever was going on in the background than helping me with my problem. Three hours I waited on the side of the road for service that was 45 minutes away. Pathetic!!!!
