Did not have the dolly I ordered and had to come back the next day which was a major inconvenience. I’m renting again in a month I’ll need to call several days in advance to make sure they have a dolly otherwise I will not be happy.

Fantastic straightforward process, helpful staff and clean facilities
MICHAEL AThe business closed at 6 pm, I got there at 6:30. I had to download Uhaul’s app and go through an extensive process of picture taking before I was able to turn it in. After 2 days of driving and 4 hours of unloading, that was inconvenient.

Gerard MNo issues, but I can see an older person or a female having a heck of a time getting a trailer off the back of a truck ball. That thing is really heavy. Overall, PCA is easy to work with and I will rent from them again. Plus, they have a lot of cool car items in the shop!
