when I arrive to pick up my stuff in the locker nobody was there to open the general door and i don't have the code for the cadena to open the grand door to take my things in the U-Haul. A men and a women there help me?????

Micheline DReservation for 15” cube vehicule, with a ramp. Nothing available Saturday morning. I received a 10” cube, without ramp. Reserved 12 blankets, nothing was available at that location. I had to drive to the opposite side to find 8 blankets…. Major lack of coordination between the rental location and the web application. Very desapointed. Also, in Quebec, can we be served in french?
