Prices total higher than what I booked online. Truck broke down on me and I was delayed for hours. I was told by customer service I would have a free day. But when I dropped the truck off I was charged for the extra day. I asked to remove safe drive and they stated they couldn’t take it off and it would be refunded after truck was dropped off. I called the location and the guy was mad rude and told me he can’t help me to call the 1800 number.

LUIS SThe tail light was burned out. They also added an additional fee stating that I didn’t return the vehicle either the appreciate amount of fuel. This was not accurate. I did add fuel, even for this trip that was under 30 miles.
