I dropped off my U-Haul at this location after hours. I had to call because there was a lock with a keypad code on the box, not a regular orange drop box. I didn't have the code on my paperwork, so I had to call. The person I spoke to was friendly. After me searching and her asking questions to determine if there was an orange drop box, she finally gave me the code to drop it in. After that I was on my way. Return process through the app was easy - even though I kinda feel some type of way about going over 2 miles and being charged $2 for that, but whatever.
