We could not find the contract for the rented blankets but he went ahead and took them and said he would make some calls and get it taken care of. He went above and beyond, was very helpful.

Quicker process
Pearl L.UHaul Customer service representatives did not consider my cargo rental to include the nearest or best rental for my need. I was provided the furthest and most expensive rental. When I did further research in finding a rental closer to my area I was told all available trucks had been rented only to see with my own eyes that they were parked in their facility available. I recommend using the closest facility for your moving needs. Being a valued customer has no truth towards being a client.
