The app had multiple issues. It took 20 mins to get the pictures to upload. I was charged for a dolly I didn’t request. Also, I requested a one-way Uhaul but this location apparently doesn’t offer that. So I had to waste another 1.5 of my day to drive it back to the pickup location. It was an awful experience.
