I was charged 96.44 on my visa debit on friday at 1022am. The actual cost was 69.32. It is Tuesday now and I have yet to be reimbursed my overcharge. I was at the shop to pick up the truck slightly before 10am and no one showed up at the shop until 1015am. When I called the shop on Saturday about the over charge he said it was the weekend and that is why I had not been reimbursed yet. But I rented it for 10am friday and returned it by 330pm on friday. End of closing day actually should have been reimbursed. Honestly no charge should have happened unless I was late returning the truck or when I returned it.
