The truck bed wasn't swept out when we received it. The car did not have a full tank of gas, and the attendant told us that it was "between 1/4 and 3/8" and we had to refill it to that amount. When we went to return the Uhaul, he had it filled between 1/4 and 3/8, but the attendant at the drop off location said that the fuel amount was recorded at a higher level and we had to reach that specific level to avoid refueling fees. The attendant at the Rochelle location also didn't know where the furniture dolly we ordered was. She said it was probably on one side of the building or the other. We couldn't find it and only found an appliance dolly lying in a pile of trash.

We found empty liquor bottles under the seat pad in the truck. Didn’t want to get blamed for it.

The truck was nice except for not quite ready when I turned it in in Florida within 10 minutes the whole interior including the floor was shampooed. It looked amazing. They didn’t have a furniture dolly, which was a major issue for us, but we Persevered. The light fell out of the tow dolly after it was fixed by roadside assistance. I fix it with duct tape lol
RICHARD OThe truck itself was clean and dropping off was easy. The attendant at drop off knew what she was doing. Picking up was not great. I had to get instructions via the attendants phone on FaceTime with the owner. They weren’t very communicative, and took a while for them to find my stuff. I had to do a bit of a walk looking for my truck rental because she didn’t know where it was so I had to check basically all of them. Not a fantastic experience.
