This location used to be great, but there is a new guy managing U-Haul now and he is absolutely abysmal to deal with, told me to go-to another U-Haul store, and tried to kick me out after I got held up for quite seriously one full hour trying to pickup a U-Haul using the exact same process we have always used at this location and other U-Haul locations with no problems ever. This guy started flipping out at me about things that have never come up for me in the history of ever with renting a U-Haul - requiring the account holder to be present on site with their driver's license as well as the driver who is also correctly input into the system in order to get a key. He was super rude about it, and kept me there for a full hour, delaying my day significantly. I don't know why they put this guy in charge of U-Haul there but until he's gone I will not be back, period. He is a bad person.

Latanya GCheck engine light was on in the vehicle - did not feel safe. Ramp was missing from inside vehicle which made moving very difficult. Only vehicle of this size available on lot, no exchange was possible so we had to move with no ramp.
