The customer service is poor. They didn’t even show me where my truck was. It was just overall a bad experience. They may act like he didn’t speak English. He took my information to call someone over the phone and the person over the phone. Did the process gave them my key gave them my car information. I almost started feeling like it was a scam

I made a reservation for a specific location and an agent called me and mentioned that there is in fact no truck available at this place. The agent suggested a new place and when I get there, on the day of the pickup, it was closed. I then had to find a new location center and move their place. At this third location, their U-Haul system was down and I had to create a new request with the app which was extremely slow. Very bad experience overall.
