I made a reservation for a specific location and an agent called me and mentioned that there is in fact no truck available at this place. The agent suggested a new place and when I get there, on the day of the pickup, it was closed. I then had to find a new location center and move their place. At this third location, their U-Haul system was down and I had to create a new request with the app which was extremely slow. Very bad experience overall.
