Tonya MThis location used to be great, but there is a new guy managing U-Haul now and he is absolutely abysmal to deal with, told me to go-to another U-Haul store, and tried to kick me out after I got held up for quite seriously one full hour trying to pickup a U-Haul using the exact same process we have always used at this location and other U-Haul locations with no problems ever. This guy started flipping out at me about things that have never come up for me in the history of ever with renting a U-Haul - requiring the account holder to be present on site with their driver's license as well as the driver who is also correctly input into the system in order to get a key. He was super rude about it, and kept me there for a full hour, delaying my day significantly. I don't know why they put this guy in charge of U-Haul there but until he's gone I will not be back, period. He is a bad person.
