Your app has hitches. When taking photos of the ‘equipment’. Also, the review processing time at pick up took 15 min which is a bit rough.
Adrian MThe U-Haul app was not working for the employee or myself. It took 45 mins to check me in and give me my truck. He said it was taking long for every other U-Haul customer that day as well. The worker was very nice and apologetic. This is a U-Haul problem that needs to be fixed, especially when the services have time limits.
